We don’t want our clients to be dependent on us when they work with WINPAT^® software. However, we will always be there when you need us. Our clients should be able to work independently – to do so, we offer you the possibility of taking part in training courses, an individual coaching session or booking a whole service package where we take care of everything for you. You can decide exactly what services you need and to what extent these services fulfil your requirements.

The main component of our services is the introduction of WINPAT^® in your company. Our experienced consultants ensure a smooth introduction of the software and provide perfect support during day-to-day business.

We support you with our know-how from the first analysis made to the implementation of the system, and training of your employees. It is very important to us that your day-to-day work is not interrupted during the implementation phase. Apart form our direct services, we can also provide you a range of indirect services. The services we offer your range from phone support from our Serviceline to updates of official rules and regulations.
